Download the Food Database
All 60 foods from this site's database, free to download as CSV or JSON — the same data that powers every calculator and food page here, verified directly against USDA FoodData Central.
What's in it
Calories, protein, carbohydrate, sugar, fiber, fat, saturated fat, and sodium — all per 100g, plus a standard serving size in grams and the USDA FDC ID for every entry. The JSON version also includes a direct link to that food's USDA record, so any figure can be independently checked against the primary source.
How it's verified
Every entry is checked directly against USDA FoodData Central, not estimated or pulled from a secondary source. See About for the full methodology this site uses across its calculators and food data alike.
License and attribution
This data is released under CC BY 4.0 — free to use, share, and adapt, including commercially, as long as Calorilator is credited as the source. A simple link back to calorilator.com/foods/download/ satisfies that.

Is this free to use?
Yes — no account, no API key, no cost. Download the CSV or JSON file directly, no form to fill out.
What license is the data under?
CC BY 4.0 — free to use, share, and adapt, including commercially, as long as you credit Calorilator as the source.
How is the data verified?
Every entry is checked directly against USDA FoodData Central, the same primary source cited throughout this site. Each row in the export includes the exact FDC ID and a direct link to that food's USDA record, so you can verify any figure yourself rather than take our word for it.
How often is it updated?
The export is generated automatically from the same underlying dataset that powers every calculator and food page on this site — whenever that data changes, the export changes with it on the next deploy. There's no separate, manually-maintained copy to go stale.
What's actually in it?
All 60 foods currently in the Calorilator database: calories, protein, carbohydrate, sugar, fiber, fat, saturated fat, and sodium, all per 100g, plus a standard serving size and the USDA FDC ID for each entry.
